SERVICES

On-Site or In-Workshop Servicing

If your EWP breaks down on a job or fails a site check, we can send a technician to your location.

We aim to reduce downtime by addressing common faults directly on-site, including:

Hydraulic leaks or line faults
Electrical and control issues
Engine or starting problems
Minor boom or turret adjustments
Pre-start or compliance checklist failures

Our mobile service units carry tools and parts to manage most minor-to-moderate repairs. For more complex work, we’ll issue a fault report and organise transport back to our yard if needed.

On-Site or In-Workshop Servicing

In-Workshop Servicing

Our workshop is equipped to handle more involved mechanical and structural repairs. This includes:
All workshop servicing is logged with photographic records and written condition reports. If required, we’ll coordinate third-party testing (e.g. NDT, insulation) to prepare your EWP for site re-entry or recertification.
