Fleet audit and due-date mapping

We start by mapping every machine in your fleet against its certification requirements — make, model, age, inspection history and what each unit needs and when. For large fleets this produces a master due-date schedule so nothing is managed by memory or a manual spreadsheet. Machines approaching their threshold are flagged before they lapse, not after.

Coordinated scheduling across your fleet

Inspection visits are scheduled in logical geographic batches — grouping machines at the same site or region together rather than making separate trips for each unit. Coordinating by site, by due date or by your operational shutdown windows keeps downtime predictable and the scheduling efficient. Inspect, test and certify each machine

Each unit in the fleet receives the inspection and testing appropriate to its class and age — annual inspection, NDT, load and stability testing, and the major structural assessment when the machine's threshold arrives — carried out to AS 2550.10. Every assessment is scoped to the individual machine, not a generic checklist applied uniformly regardless of the machine's actual history and condition.

Every machine in the programme comes back with logbook entries and a full written inspection report, all in the same format. Your compliance record for the fleet is consistent, traceable and organised rather than a mix of different inspectors' report styles. Compliance & Standards

For fleet operators, the compliance obligation under Australian WHS legislation and AS 2550.10 applies to every machine individually — a lapsed annual inspection on one unit in a fifty-machine fleet is the same liability as a lapsed inspection on a single machine. How does fleet pricing work compared to booking machines individually?

When multiple machines are brought into a single programme, we can schedule assessment visits more efficiently — grouping units geographically, coordinating around your operational windows and batching travel. That scheduling efficiency reduces the cost per unit compared with booking each machine separately on its own visit. The larger the fleet and the more concentrated the scheduling, the more significant the efficiency — and we reflect that in how the programme is priced.

How many machines do you need for a fleet programme?

There is no minimum. Fleet programme benefits apply from two or three machines upward, and the advantages in scheduling, documentation consistency and pricing scale as the fleet grows. We have run programmes for a handful of machines at a single site and for fleets of over a hundred units spread across multiple states.

Can you manage our due-date schedule for us?

Yes. At the start of a fleet programme we produce a master schedule of every machine, its inspection history and its upcoming due dates. As the programme runs, we manage that schedule proactively — flagging what is approaching rather than waiting for you to raise an overdue machine. For large fleets, this removes the administrative burden of tracking compliance across dozens of units.
