Mobile / On-Site EWP Repairs & Breakdown Support
When a machine goes down on site, every hour it sits idle costs you. Mobile repairs bring the workshop to the job — a technician arrives with the tools and common parts to diagnose and fix the fault where the machine is, instead of you organising transport to a depot.
We coordinate on-site repairs and breakdown support across owned and hired plant, for everything from a hydraulic leak to a control fault stopping a boom in its tracks. If a fault genuinely needs the workshop, we tell you straight and arrange recovery — but the goal is always to get the machine working again on the spot.

The Process
Call & triage
Tell us the machine, the fault and the location. We work out what the technician needs to bring so the first visit has the best chance of a fix.
Mobilise to site
A field technician travels to the job with the tools and commonly needed parts to tackle hydraulic, mechanical and control faults on site.
Diagnose & repair
The fault is diagnosed at its root cause and repaired where practical, then the machine is function-tested before it goes back to work.
Recovery if needed
If the repair genuinely needs the workshop, we arrange recovery and keep you updated on timing so you can plan around it.
Compliance & Standards
On-site repairs are carried out to standard and documented so your equipment stays compliant and its maintenance history stays complete. Elevated work platforms are maintained under AS 2550.10, and any repair to a safety-critical system is completed and tested to the appropriate standard before the machine returns to service — a breakdown fix is never a reason to cut corners on compliance.

Common Questions
What kind of faults can you fix on site?
Many hydraulic, mechanical and control faults can be resolved in the field, from leaks and hose failures to control and function problems. Larger structural work or a rebuild will still need the workshop, and we tell you clearly when that is the case.
Do you cover machines you didn't supply?
Yes. On-site repairs cover all makes and models of elevated work platform, whether you own the machine, hire it, or manage it on someone else's behalf.
How quickly can a technician reach us?
We prioritise breakdowns and mobilise as quickly as we can, though the timing depends on your location and technician availability. Tell us where you are and we will give you a realistic ETA rather than a promise we can't keep.
What happens if it can't be fixed on site?
If the fault genuinely needs the workshop, we arrange recovery of the machine and keep you informed on timing. Where downtime is a problem, we can also help bridge the gap with a hire unit.
