The Process
Assess the structure
We examine the damaged area to understand the cause — impact, fatigue or corrosion — because the repair has to address why it failed, not just the symptom.
Prepare & weld
The affected area is prepared and repaired using welding suited to the base material and the loads the component carries in service.
Verify with NDT
The repair is checked by non-destructive testing so the integrity of the weld and surrounding structure is confirmed, not assumed.
Recommission
Once the structure is verified, the unit is reassembled and, where required, load tested and documented before it returns to work.
