How it works
Enter your company, then set the inspection frequency you already work to — the number of months between formal inspections. Add each item one at a time: its ID or tag, the type, the manufacturer and the date it was first put into use. The list builds up on the page, and you can remove a row or clear the whole register whenever you like. When it's ready, copy it, download it as a text file or print it for your records.
The register has a column for the next inspection due date, computed from the inspection date you record against the frequency you set — the tool never fills the actual inspection date, result or inspector for you, because those come from a competent person doing the check. Every field it can't know shows a bracketed reminder so nothing quietly goes missing.
No assumed figures
Nothing here is pre-filled with an interval or a retirement age. Inspection frequency, service life and the point at which a harness, lanyard or absorber must be withdrawn all vary by product and manufacturer. Take those figures from the manufacturer's instructions for each item and enter them yourself — the tool deliberately doesn't invent them. Any item that is damaged, has arrested a fall, or has reached its service life must be removed from service and destroyed.

It doesn't certify any item — the definitive position comes from the manufacturer's instructions and an inspection carried out and signed by a competent person.
