The register is sorted so the soonest expiry sits at the top, and anything already past its date or falling due within the next ninety days is flagged for you, all calculated from the dates you type in. How it works
Add one operator at a time. Each row captures their name, their role, the licence or ticket type in your own words — a high-risk work licence class, a yellow card, a VOC or an internal refresher, whatever you actually hold — an optional licence number and the expiry or refresher date straight from your records. The register builds on the page as you go, and you can remove a row or clear the whole list whenever you like.
The list is sorted so whatever expires soonest sits at the top. Using only the dates you type, the tool counts the days from today to each expiry: anything already past its date is flagged as expired, and anything falling due within the next 90 days is flagged as due soon. That ninety-day window is a plain planning reminder we chose so you get advance notice — it is not a legal renewal rule. When the register is ready, export it to a CSV that opens in any spreadsheet, or print it for a clean paper or PDF copy.
Questions
Does this tell me which licence a machine needs? No. The licence and ticket types are free text on purpose — this tool never claims which class or credential is legally required for any particular machine or task. Those requirements vary and are set by your state work-health-and-safety regulator, so confirm them there before you rely on anything here.
Where does my data go? Nowhere. The register is held in the page while you work and is exported straight from your browser as a CSV or printed locally. Nothing is uploaded to us, and the list clears when you leave the page — so export a CSV if you want to keep it.
