EWP Repairs & Servicing on the Sunshine Coast

The Sunshine Coast has grown fast, and its access fleet grew with it — the Maroochydore centre build, the health precinct around Birtinya, and residential construction running the coastal strip and pushing back into the hinterland around Nambour and Maleny. The subtropical climate brings coastal salt near the beaches, high summer UV that degrades hoses and decals, and storm-season humidity that finds its way into electrical enclosures. A lot of machines here belong to smaller fleets built up quickly during the growth, and their servicing hasn't always kept pace with the hours they've run.

Across the Sunshine Coast we keep booms, scissors, trailer lifts and truck-mounts running, tracing trouble through the hydraulics, the wiring and the steelwork and repairing it, with servicing kept to the maker's schedule. Jobs run from a worn cylinder or a failing control switch to weld work returned to standard, and where a fleet has fallen behind we work it back onto a proper cycle; each machine is function tested, and load tested when the repair warrants, before it earns again.
